With their extensive experience across multiple sports and their deep educational backgrounds as teachers and administrators, they have a comprehensive understanding of the challenges in youth sports. To address these issues, they have developed the Sportsmanship Coalition, a holistic model designed to transform youth sports. Committed to their roles as educators, Steve and Josh aim to create environments where all participants can learn and thrive, embracing the best aspects of sports.
